What can self-published authors do to get work noticed?

“What can self-published authors do to get more notice of their work?”

I’m assuming you’ve already looked into the obvious:

• Submit your book to BookTokers.

• Schedule readings at your local independent book store

• Amazon ads

• Book festivals and conferences

The next best thing is word of mouth. If you wrote a great book, people will talk about it. If your book isn’t great, then hopefully they won’t.

So what can you do to get the word out?
