Here's a secret way to break into Hollywood. All of the talent agencies have mailrooms. The big ones: ICM, UTA, CAA, William Morris Endeavor. The medium ones: APA, Gersh, Verve. The boutiques as well. All of them have mailrooms. And you can apply for a job as a mailroom clerk.
