So happy to have found you here. I do follow you on social media and have often joined your live sessions, but hearing you here lands a little different. I have been hesitant about going public as I’m launching a course soon too but I don’t want to be labeled as an educator when there is so much more dimension to what I’m trying to bring to the world. Your voice note gave me permission to pause and be okay with that and really think about how I want to be perceived once I go live. Thank you for sharing. Always appreciated
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this but... I upgraded to your Founding Member level so I could attend your recent webinars; however, I couldn't figure out how to sign up without paying the entrance fee. Best guess is my last-minute upgrade circumvented your mailout link that morning...?
Hi Chaz. I'm pretty sure you received an email to attend, but it might've gone to your junk folder. Email support@michaeljamin.com with your real name and email address, explain the situation, and we'll issue you a refund for the webinar.
Oops, doesn't seem I explained myself clearly. I don't think there's a refund required. I upgraded to the Founders level because it's mentioned somewhere that it includes attending the webinars at no extra cost. If I'm incorrect, then please let me know. Otherwise, I was just saying that after upgrading to Founders, I never received links to the recent sessions. When attempting to get on the list, the signup required payment which confused me since I was now a Founding Member and thought this fee was no longer applicable. So I'm wondering what/where I'm going wrong. Either way, apologies for the bother.
It sounds like you upgraded at the last minute and we didnt have time to invite you. If you email the address above we can send you the replay which is good for 24 hrs. Or you can wait until the next live webinar in January.
Michael has found success in tv writing and good for him. I have listened to some of his thoughts via webinars/youtube though I've never paid for any of his services. I have a tv pilot and I think it's pretty good. It's obvious there are a lot of egos in Hollywood and ultimately I think you have to follow your own voice.
Thanks for the audio post, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I understand your reasoning about how you decided to grow an audience for your prose writing. You did an excellent job in getting name recognition, which is something you didn't have before you started. However, I think you're being too hard on yourself. In my opinion, your decision to broaden what you want to discuss with your audience is a natural and organic progression. So, please keep it up. You are on the right track.
I’m so excited about these podcasts and appreciate you coming to us unfiltered and just sharing your thoughts. I think it’s going to be a great exercise for you as you continue on your journey as a writer. Thank you for taking us along!! This is going to help me ask important questions regarding my own writing. Grazie Mille!
Thank you! I'll be talking about book writing, for sure, as that's what really interests me right now. I've only written one book, so I don't have the same street cred that I have with screenwriting, but at least you can listen to me muddle through things.

I’m so happy you found me… again!
Just discovered Substack in the past week, so I only stumbled across your podcast recently, but you have me hooked.
By the way, I hate to encourage platforms like this being used to promote other media, but gerd-dernit, it worked! I ordered your book on Amazon.
Ha! I’m so happy you found me. And now you’re part of my 1%. I’ll explain what that means in a post coming very soon. ;)

Julie said it best. Enjoying the journey you're leading us on. Prego!
Thanks so much! “It’s the stuff we write about”
Auguri, Michele! Look forward to listening to what you have to say on the wonders of writing, and not just as it relates to acts 1, 2 and 3.

Oh good! Thanks for coming along on the ride. I'm thinking of posting one a week, but I might be doing more as they come to me.
Prego!!!
